Driver’s clock in process:1) All Drivers clock in with their 4 digit pin first, as they only have access to the time clock.

2)  They have a generic Driver Monitor that clocks in with the pin number "4444" and stays logged in to the driver station on the "List Order" screen in the back. (This is so they can view the orders in the back at all times)

3) The Drivers can then transfer Orders to the driver who's delivering the order From "Driver Management" and Mark them as delivered when needed.

4) The slips will print out automatically once the order is taken on the phone and sent to the printer at that station with all the items on it.

If a slip is missed or needed though, they can be reprinted from the list order screen when you press "Print Check(s)".

5) Once the order is delivered, Go back into the Driver Management and from their you can hit “Mark As Delivered”

6) At The End Of The Shift, Drivers go to the main cashier and will close out any cash orders that were made.

At this point the drivers can clock out using their code and their closeout will be accessible on the cashier's screen. The closeouts will also print upon clocking out.

The closeout will tell you if there is cash due back to the driver or if they owe money. If the number is negative then there is money owed to them, in which case you can do a pay out for that amount.

It is important that all of the payouts and cash payments taken occur on one station.
